Die Neue Typographie - A Revival
Die Neue Typographie Poster references the manifesto by Jan Tschichold and also the revival of some hidden typographic treasures. The fonts shown above were recently rediscovered and "revived" by an incredible team of designers led by Erik Spiekermann. The Poster displays the beauty and proportion of the fonts "CarlMarx", "CarlMarx Bold", "Xants" and "Joschmi. The Message "Bauhaus Dessau 1932" Refers to the last year in which the Bauhaus Dessau had its doors opened before being transferred by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe to Berlin.
